We provide comprehensive support services for HR, recruitment and training processes in this area. We are looking for candidates for a project implemented for our partner: SAMSUNG SDS - one of the most admired and innovative brands in the world. Purpose of the Job

To provide 1st line support and guidance to online marketers throughout Europe/CIS for Samsung.com operations.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide 1st line support to Samsung on-line manager, marketing and web production teams (response and handling of service requests and system troubleshooting).
• Engage with issues across Samsung.com and 3rd party systems.
• Liaise with 2nd line support team for issue escalation, and feedback to issue requesters.
• Develop, debugging and problem solving for Samsung.com.
• Guide and release HQ system standard (SEO, design, coding, integrating and security policy) to local IT teams.

Key Liaisons

• Samsung Electronics regional subsidiaries on-line managers and product managers
• Day to day contact with Web Agencies - web content production team, online marketing support team
• Samsung Electronics service centre (Customer Support issues)
• SDS HQ Samsung.com operation team in Korea
• SDS/SDSE manager and staff

Dimensions

• Maintain good and strong relationships with all key liaisons
• Passion Internet marketing
• Knowledge for web programming and experience on development and operation
• No. of communication partners: circa 30
• No. of Samsung Electronics European subsidiaries: 20

Education

Degree in computer science or related preferred, however, applicants with other type of degrees or qualifications with relevant experience will also be considered

Skills and Attributes

• CMS experience (especially AEM experiences) is preferred
• Languages & Scripts: HTML, JavaScript and CSS preferred
• Frontend development experience is preferred
• Understand how REST APIs work
• Ability to analyse business requirements from all key liaisons
• Self-starter, able to work under own initiative
• Good team player
• Well presented, professional and dedicated

Experience

• Various experience of enterprise web site development project or operation
• Experience in developing and managing websites including analytic tools.

Hours of Work

37.5 hour week. Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and projects. Business travel may be required.
