Job summary

Unit8 is seeking a Technical Engagement Lead in Warsaw to own complex Data & AI engagements from problem to outcome. You will bridge client leadership, architecture, and hands‑on engineering, guiding delivery and shaping solutions across GenAI, data platforms, and cloud.

You will grow capabilities within the client base, coordinate multi‑stream work, and lead senior engineers while maintaining technical hands‑on involvement as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience with technical project ownership.
• Strong engineering background; capable of building and reviewing production systems.
• Deep expertise in GenAI, AI engineering, data engineering, cloud and data platforms or ML/DS.
• Ability to lead engineers and deliver outcomes; experience with client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement end-to-end and accountability for client relationships and team performance.
• Turn client problems into delivery plans with clear objectives and roadmaps.
• Own the technical solution; shape architecture and stay hands-on when needed.
• Lead and manage the team; provide direction and feedback to maximize impact.
• Grow business; identify opportunities within accounts and contribute to pre‑sales.
