Job summary

Unit8, a Swiss data & AI consultancy, seeks a Technical Engagement Lead to own complex engagements from problem to delivery. You will operate at the intersection of client leadership, architecture and hands-on engineering, guiding the team and shaping the technical solution in a growth-focused role based in Wrocław or remote Europe.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in technical engagements or delivery leadership.
• Strong engineering background with production systems design, implementation and review.
• Deep expertise in GenAI, AI engineering, data platforms or ML/data science with cross-discipline ability.
• Excellent problem decomposition, architecture thinking and executable delivery planning.
• Experience leading engineers or teams and managing client delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement end-to-end, including client relationships and delivery outcomes.
• Turn client problems into delivery plans with clear objectives and a practical roadmap.
• Own the technical solution, shaping architecture and hands-on implementation as needed.
• Lead and manage the team, giving direction, feedback and enabling high performance.
• Help grow the business by identifying opportunities within accounts and contributing to pre-sales.
