Job summary

WS Audiology Group is seeking a Technical Documentation Specialist in Poznań to support global teams. You will create user guides, Instructions for Use, data sheets, and safety manuals for medical products while coordinating language versions and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will work with Product Management, R&D, Quality and Regulatory Affairs to gather information, obtain approvals, and drive documentation quality. A hybrid on-site role in Komorniki is available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Create clear, accurate user guides, instructions for use, data sheets and safety manuals for medical products.
  • Develop and update English master documents using content management systems and ensure structure and readiness for review and release.
  • Coordinate review and approval processes with stakeholders to meet timelines and quality standards.
  • Support translation activities and coordinate multilingual versions for global product availability.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and external partners to gather information and secure approvals.
  • Ensure documentation complies with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously improve templates and processes to make information clear and accessible.

We're looking for a Technical Documentation Specialist to support global teams and create user guides for our customers and wearers across all our brands globally. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, and support regulatory requirements, product registration, launch readiness, and global market availability.

What you will do
  • Create and maintain clear, accurate and user-friendly documentation for medical products, including Instructions for Use, user guides, data sheets and safety manuals.
  • Develop and update English master documents using internal content management systems and ensure documentation remains structured, consistent and ready for review and release.
  • Coordinate the review and approval process for documentation, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Support translation activities and coordinate multiple language versions to enable global product availability.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Risk Management and external partners to collect information, clarify content and obtain required approvals.
  • Ensure documentation complies with internal quality standards and supports applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously improve documentation, templates and processes to make information clear, easy to understand and accessible to users.
What you bring
  • Experience in any of these areas: project coordination, documentation, administrative support, technical support, customer support, or similar roles involving written communication and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create, review and improve content.
  • Strong attention to details and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to organize information, manage documentation and maintain accuracy across multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions.
