Job summary

Innowise is seeking an experienced integration delivery professional to join our global team. You will own end-to-end delivery of complex integration engagements, build backlogs, manage milestones, and ensure scope, budget, and quality are met.

Lead cross-functional teams, drive client workshops, oversee testing and production handover, and coordinate cutovers. Fluent English (B2+) required; experience with Lobster DataWizard and enterprise integration stacks is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing client-facing integration delivery from discovery and estimation to implementation, partner onboarding, and production handover.
• Hands-on experience managing delivery budgets, effort forecasts, resource allocation, and change control.
• Practical production experience with Lobster DataWizard (integration flows, mappings, validation rules, connectivity, and troubleshooting).
• Fluent English (B2+) for client workshops, technical negotiations, and delivery reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex integration engagements: build estimated backlogs, maintain delivery milestones, and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and quality.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (integration engineers, technical leads, analysts, QA specialists).
• Drive discovery sessions with clients to establish business goals, scope boundaries, acceptance criteria, and technical dependencies.
• Oversee partner onboarding, contract testing, end-to-end testing, reconciliation, and client acceptance (including negative and recovery scenarios).
• Manage cross-team dependencies, technical risks, and critical incident escalations across clients, carriers, and vendors.
• Ensure operational readiness: coordinate cutover plans, rollbacks, monitoring, support runbooks, and hypercare.
• Support Pre-Sales activities: participate in client workshops, scope definitions, effort estimations, and delivery-model structuring.
• Maintain concise, evidence-based reporting to stakeholders regarding milestones, budget variance, risks, and next commitments.

• Proven track record in managing client-facing integration delivery from discovery and estimation to implementation, partner onboarding, and production handover
• Hands-on experience managing delivery budgets, effort forecasts, resource allocation, and change control
• Practical production experience with Lobster DataWizard (integration flows, mappings, validation rules, connectivity, and troubleshooting)
• Solid understanding of enterprise integration layers: APIs (REST, OpenAPI, Webhooks, OAuth2), message queues, Pub/Sub, retry handling, and duplicate prevention
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards and connectivity protocols (EDIFACT, XML, JSON, AS2, SFTP, HTTPS)
• Domain experience in Logistics, Transport, Freight Forwarding, or eCommerce (shipment flows, transport orders, tracking events, customs, and invoicing)
• Proficiency in SQL for integration data diagnostics and reconciliation
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams (integration engineers, architects, analysts, QA) and managing client expectations
• Strong risk management and cross-dependency coordination across clients, vendors, carriers, and third-party systems
• Fluent English (B2+ or higher) for client workshops, technical negotiations, and delivery reporting
• Будет плюсом: Experience integrating TMS, WMS, ERP, or customs systems; Python scripting skills for diagnostics and automation; Familiarity with legacy B2B interfaces (x.400, TRADACOMS); Knowledge of German or another European language; Relevant Lobster training or certifications
