Job description

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

This role combines technical leadership, delivery ownership, and senior stakeholder management. You will work closely with US-based clients and global teams, oversee multiple delivery streams, and ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery of system integration projects (.NET / Azure)
• Define and continuously improve engineering standards, delivery processes, and best practices
• Act as a technical authority and escalation point across delivery teams
• Partner with Product Owners and Product Managers on roadmaps, estimations, pre-sales, and technical advisory
• Design and oversee high-level solution and integration architectures together with System Integration Architects
• Lead, mentor, and support Tech Leads and Development Leads, including design and code reviews
• Review and approve technical designs for epics and features
• Promote DevOps culture, automation, and cloud-native practices
• Drive adoption of Generative AI in everyday engineering and delivery work
• Ensure compliance with platform standards, security, and regulatory requirements
• Support P1 incidents and critical client escalations when required
• Work directly with senior stakeholders, including US-based clients, and participate in business travel to the USA

Kogo poszukujemy?

• 10+ years of experience in IT / software delivery
• 5+ years in a senior technical leadership role (Architect, Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, Technical Delivery Lead)
• Strong hands‑on experience in C# / .NET and RESTful web application development
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Azure, including:
  • Azure Functions
  • Azure Service Bus or Event Hub
  • App Services
  • SQL and/or MongoDB
• Solid understanding of Onion Architecture, Domain‑Driven Design (DDD), and Test‑Driven Development (TDD)
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud‑native delivery
• Experience working in international, enterprise environments
• Proven ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and US clients
• Advanced English B2/C1
