Capgemini Invent is seeking a Technical Data Quality Specialist in Poland to implement and monitor data quality controls for reporting, decision‑making and AI solutions. You will work hands-on with Python, SQL and Databricks to ensure trusted data.

Based in Poland, the role is on-site in Gdańsk or Wrocław with a hybrid work model and opportunities for professional growth, training, and international projects.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Engineering, Data Governance or MDM.
Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
Practical knowledge of Databricks or a similar data platform.
Experience with data validation, root cause analysis and issue resolution.
Understanding of data quality frameworks and controls.
Fluent English.
Based in Poland and available to work full-time on-site in Gdańsk or Wrocław.

Responsibilities

Implement and monitor data quality controls to ensure trusted data for reporting, decision‑making and AI solutions.
Analyze data and investigate data quality issues in Databricks.
Define data quality rules, controls and KPIs.
Produce data quality reports and dashboards.
Work with business and technical teams to resolve identified issues.
