Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Poland is seeking a Data Governance Specialist to support enterprise-wide governance initiatives. You will help define data assets, manage glossaries, metadata, and data ownership, and ensure consistent business definitions across domains.

The role requires 3-5+ years in data governance or related fields, strong documentation and communication skills, fluent English, and on-site work in Gdańsk or Wrocław.

• Must be based in, and available to work on-site full-time from, Gdańsk or Wrocław.
• Knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Nice to Have Knowledge of Data Governance frameworks.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM).
• Experience within enterprise transformation programs.

Your role

We are looking for a Data Governance Specialist / Data Steward to support enterprise-wide data governance initiatives. You do not need to have held the formal title of "Data Steward", but you should have relevant experience in data governance, data management, metadata management, MDM or data quality.
