Job summary

RTB House in Poland is seeking a Technical Account Manager to ensure smooth delivery of digital campaigns. You will work closely with Account Managers, Sales Managers and Directors, reporting to the Technical Team Lead.

Responsibilities include campaign optimisation, maximizing delivery of client and company goals, handling technical operations for campaigns, coordinating issues, and analyzing results to propose optimisation solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital campaign marketing management.
• Strong analytical skills are a must.
• Fluency in English.
• Good time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Campaign optimisation.
• Focus on maximizing delivery of client’s goals & company goals.
• Conduct the technical operations for our clients.
• Coordination of all technical issues with regards to online campaign launching and running process.
• Work closely with our account managers and sales teams to deliver high standards of customer service.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of online campaigns.
• Propose optimization solutions for processes in order to achieve both internal and external goals.
