Job summary

RTB House is a leading Deep Learning-powered AdTech company offering a remote-first environment. The role focuses on technical account management within digital marketing campaigns, supporting clients across multiple markets.

You will work with campaign data, implement tracking, and collaborate with sales to ensure optimal performance. English communication is essential, and a willingness to operate in an international, fast-paced setting is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tech support, analytics, and campaign optimization in digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
• Able to navigate CSV and XML files.
• Understanding of URL parameters and how parametrization works.
• Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and oral English communication, especially for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Launch advertising campaigns and verify tracking code implementation.
• Monitor ongoing campaigns and optimize to meet objectives.
• Translate business goals into technical deliverables through campaign changes.
• Proactively address campaign errors and warnings before impact.
• Collaborate with account managers and sales to provide high-quality customer service.
