Job summary

Sopra Steria in Katowice is seeking a Technical Architect (Linux) to join Apps Services on an international aerospace program. Note that we can only offer cooperation to people located in Poland with EU citizenship. You will design hybrid and cloud architectures and guide technical teams to deliver future-ready solutions.

Key focus areas include defining roadmaps, evaluating new technologies, and collaborating with engineering, operations and business stakeholders across the globe.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience in complex IT transformation projects.
• Proven experience in solution, infrastructure, or cloud architecture.
• Understanding the full technology lifecycle, from operations to strategic design.
• Combines technical expertise with strong business awareness.
• Comfortable influencing stakeholders and guiding technical teams.
• Enjoys solving complex challenges and shaping long-term technology strategies.
• Strong background in end-to-end architecture design (functional / technical).
• Experience writing architecture documentation and facilitating workshops.
• Understanding of data architecture practices (data flows, data modeling, data quality).
• Natural leadership and advisory posture.

Job Description

We are looking for aTechnical Architect (Linux)to join Sopra Steria Apps Services team on an international program for a leader in the aerospace sector.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement hybrid and cloud architectures.

• a short phone call with a recruiter (30 min max)

Salary range:
UOP: 18 000 -22 000 PLN gross/month.
B2B:135-180/190 PLN/h net.
