LTM is seeking a Tech SME Systems Technology Strategist in Kraków, Poland. This role involves providing oversight of Third Party technology services to enhance resilience in cloud integration and critical business operations.

Ideal candidates will have a strong enterprise architecture background and experience in working with Third Party hosted and SaaS solutions. The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite, and focuses on engaging with senior stakeholders to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong enterprise architecture background across application infrastructure, cloud, data, and integration layers.
• Experience with Third Party hosted and SaaS solutions including dependency mapping and failure modes.
• Deep understanding of resilience design patterns, failover, redundancy, and regional recovery strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and assess end-to-end technology architectures supporting critical services.
• Identify systemic resilience risks and architectural weaknesses across supplier ecosystems.
• Support design of target state resilience architectures including exit and substitution strategies.

Description

Tech SME required to provide oversight of Third Party technology services and ensure resilience is designed into the full stack application data infrastructure cloud integration. This is part of a board level highprofile programme focused on uplifting the resilience of Third Party technology services supporting critical business operations. We need individuals who can operate at pace engage credibly with senior stakeholders and drive tangible improvements not just produce assessments.

What you'll do

• Define and assess end-to-end technology architectures supporting critical services
• Identify systemic resilience risks and architectural weaknesses across supplier ecosystems
• Support design of targetstate resilience architectures including exit and substitution strategies
• Provide architectural input into supplier assessments remediation plans and contractual requirements
• Work closely with Service Managers to ensure operational and architectural views are aligned

What you need to have to succeed in this role

• Strong enterprise architecture background across application infrastructure cloud data and integration layers
• Experience working with Third Party hosted and SaaS solutions including dependency mapping and failure modes
• Deep understanding of resilience design patterns failover redundancy regional recovery degradation strategies
• Ability to map endtoend service chains and identify single points of failure across suppliers
• Experience aligning architecture to operational resilience outcomes RTORPO IBS impact tolerance etc
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills able to bridge architecture operations and business service views
• Experience with planning and conducting workshops and engaging with a range of Enterprise level suppliers and product managers
• Experience in incident management processes and root cause analysis.
