Job summary

Infolet is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead Scheduling and Workload Automation across Linux, mainframe, and other enterprise systems. You will own the product vision, define the roadmap, and drive lifecycle improvements with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3–7 years in senior technology delivery, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Polish. Expect collaboration across engineering, operations, and service management to ensure reliability and security.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in Technical Product Owner or senior delivery roles.
• Experience owning a technical product in large-scale environments.
• On-premises knowledge, Linux/mainframe or similar critical systems.
• Roadmap ownership, backlog prioritisation, and continuous improvement.
• Epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and debt management.
• Cross-functional coordination and dependency management.
• Production operations, incident/change monitoring and resilience.
• Regulated environment exposure with risk/compliance understanding.
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Scheduling and Workload Automation.
• Prioritize backlog, balance features with debt and service improvements.
• Define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, operations, and service teams.
• Monitor platform reliability, resilience, capacity, and performance.
• Support incident and change management including reviews.
• Oversee upgrades, migrations, integrations, and onboarding of workloads.
• Track KPIs, OKRs, and SLAs for service performance.
• Identify risks and ensure security/compliance.
• Develop standards, automation, self-service, and operating models.
