Job summary

VERITA HR POLSKA SP. Z O.O. seeks a Senior Technical Product Owner to drive the enterprise scheduling and workload automation platform across build, run and continuous improvement.

You will manage demand intake, prioritisation and roadmaps, balancing feature delivery, resilience and controls. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, operations and service management, setting measurable outcomes and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years in senior technology delivery roles.
• Experience owning a technical product in large-scale environments.
• Experience with on-premise tech across Linux/mainframe environments.
• Strong lifecycle product ownership including roadmaps, demand management, prioritisation, delivery and improvement.
• Ability to manage technical debt and define acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, outcomes and roadmap for the scheduling platform across build, run and improvement.
• Manage demand intake and prioritisation across stakeholders.
• Lead product ownership for scheduling capabilities supporting Linux, mainframe and other environments.
• Represent needs of application, engineering, operations and scheduling communities in roadmap decisions.
• Define and track outcomes, including OKRs, KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure work is defined via epics, stories, acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, infra, architecture, operations and service management.
• Improve service performance, reliability, resilience and capacity.
• Work with operations and service management to improve incident outcomes.
• Oversee platform lifecycle management, upgrades, migrations and onboarding.
• Develop standards and automation to improve onboarding workloads.
