S-PRO is seeking an experienced IT and data/privacy lawyer to draft and negotiate IT contracts, review regulatory compliance matters, and help manage disputes. Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years as a lawyer with IT law background.
• Experience with European contract law and EU regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate IT contracts and other legal documents with focus on European and international jurisdictions.
• Handle disputes and claims arising from contractual relationships to protect company interests.
• Provide legal support on regulatory compliance related to data privacy, IP, and software licensing.
