Mindbox Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Tech Lead Java + Angular to drive backend development and architecture for a global software platform used across Europe.

You will lead backend initiatives, collaborate with frontend engineers on Angular-based solutions, and help shape technical direction across distributed teams in Poland, France, and India. Hybrid work: 2–3 days onsite in Kraków or Warszawa.

We develop and support a global software platform covering the corporate credit chain process for corporate clients and large institutions. The system is used internally in 50 countries and supports initiatives related to Net-Zero Banking Alliance and ESG programs. Our teams work in Scrum, with monthly deployments to production environments worldwide. The project is focused on platform development rather than maintenance, with distributed teams across France, India, and Poland. We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead Java + Angular

who combines strong back-end expertise with technical leadership, ownership, and strategic thinking. The main focus is back-end development and architecture, but the role also requires the ability to collaborate effectively with front-end engineers and discuss Angular-based solutions.
