Job summary

GFT Poland is seeking a Tech Lead DevOps to drive cloud initiatives in a banking project. The role requires strong DevOps leadership, extensive GCP knowledge, and hands-on experience with Terraform for scalable infrastructure.

You will work in a hybrid setup, shaping end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and ensuring secure, compliant cloud deployments across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Min. 7 years of experience in a DevOps area.
• Min. 3 years of knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands-on with serverless compute and container deployments.
• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and async processing.
• Experience with cloud storage and messaging systems.
• Proficient with Terraform and IaC concepts.
• Experience in governed cloud environments and landing zones.
• Experience building end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to deploy apps end-to-end in cloud environments.

Working place: Hybrid

Contract of employment

Salary range: 18900-28900 PLN gross

As a Tech Lead DevOps you will work on a banking project in the field of investment banking

Requirements:

• Min. 7 years of experience in a DevOps area
• Min. 3 years of knowledge of GCP
• Experience with serverless compute and container-based deployments
• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing
• Experience with cloud storage and messaging systems
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform
• Ability to provision and manage infrastructure using reusable modules
• Experience working in structured landing zone / governed cloud environments
• Experience building end-to-end CI/CD pipelines
• Strong experience deploying applications end-to-end in cloud environments

Nice to have:

• LLM integration (enterprise or cloud-based)
• Agent frameworks / orchestration patterns
• Understanding how AI workloads are deployed and operated in production environmentsUnderstanding of working in regulated enterprise environments
