Job summary

GFT TECHNOLOGIES SE in Kraków is seeking a Lead Full Stack Consultant to join a global Risk & Compliance team. You will design, develop and maintain modern applications with strong backend focus on Java/Spring, while contributing to frontend with React and TypeScript.

You will lead technical decisions, deliver high-quality software, and mentor peers in an Agile setup. Hybrid work from Kraków 8 days a month, B2B contract, salary 155-205 PLN per hour.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development.
• 2+ years of technical team leadership experience.
• Expert knowledge of Java and Spring Framework (Boot, Data, REST, Security).
• Experience with microservices and micro-database architecture.
• Experience building event-driven systems.
• Experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit.
• Experience developing and supporting batch processing applications.
• Knowledge of logging, monitoring and production support practices.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience developing cloud-based applications.
• Experience using code quality and security scanning tools.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams using JIRA and Confluence.
• Openness to work hybrid from our client's office (Kraków) 8 days a month.

What will you do?

As a Lead Full Stack Consultant, you will join a global team delivering solutions within the Risk & Compliance area. You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining modern applications with a strong focus on backend engineering in Java and Spring while contributing to frontend development using React and TypeScript.
