Job summary

Carlsquare is seeking a junior professional to support M&A mandates, structure investment memos, and participate in due diligence. You will evaluate drivers across core sectors and build industry analyses while bringing your personal expertise to the team.

The role offers autonomy, a competitive compensation package, and tailored training to grow within European and North American deals. A strong finance foundation and bilingual capability are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a quantitative discipline.
• Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience (investment banking/transaction services/strategy consulting).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research and contribute to the acquisition of our M&A mandates
• Prepare and structure investment memos
• Participation in a due-diligence process
• Evaluate key drivers in our core sectors and prepare industry/sector analyses
• Contribute meaningfully to the team with your personality and professional knowledge
