The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in IT Asset Management, proven leadership skills in global teams, and an understanding of modern technology landscapes. Attractive compensation includes a salary range of 280,000 - 520,000 PLN plus additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT Asset Management, Technology Sourcing, or IT Operations.
• Leadership experience in global, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of modern technology landscapes (Cloud, DevOps, Digital Platforms).

Responsibilities

• Own the functional roadmap for Software Asset Management.
• Lead enterprise-wide technology risk assessments.
• Define and monitor KPIs/OKRs to analyze vendor performance.
