Job summary

F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG in Poland is seeking an Authorizations & Compliance Expert to optimize compliance processes and lead regulatory alignment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 5 years of experience in SAP Security. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with regulations such as GDPR and leading remediation efforts. The position offers a salary range of 14,000 - 26,000 PLN gross, an annual performance-based bonus, and various employee perks including flexible location options and private healthcare.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ post-secondary experience in SAP Security.
• Deep understanding of Compliance regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, SOX.
• Experience in IT system validation processes and conducting System Risk Assessments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor relevant regulations and industry standards for compliance.
• Lead weekly and monthly monitoring of SoD conflicts via GRC dashboards.
• Drive remediation to completion based on system processes.
