• Process & Catalog Strategy: Strong focus on scalable processes, quality control, and data structure, with a deep understanding of how large-scale product catalogs operate.

In your daily work, you will handle the following tasks:

• Lead & Mentor the Project Team: Direct and empower a team of 6 experienced Project Specialists, fostering their professional growth and establishing clear delegation of responsibilities.
• Optimize Catalog Architecture: Oversee the structural evolution of product categories, parameter frameworks, and complex product relationships.
• Drive Process Scalability & Quality: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes that safeguard and elevate overall catalog data quality.
• Formulate & Execute Project Roadmaps: Develop structured plans for catalog improvement initiatives while proactively tackling daily operational challenges and ensuring timely delivery.
• Align Cross-Functional Goals: Act as the strategic link between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure seamless project execution.

The challenges you will tackle:

• Scaling Massive Catalog Infrastructure: Designing and refining processes that efficiently manage and organize huge volumes of product data without sacrificing quality.
• Balancing Structure with Team Vibe: Maintaining efficient delivery, decisive direction, and high accountability while seamlessly fitting into an easygoing, open-minded team atmosphere.
• Proactive Problem Resolution: Swiftly connecting dots across business and technology domains to resolve daily friction points and keep key initiatives moving forward.
