Job summary

Home Bargains is seeking a proactive Team Leader to work full-time in our store, leading a responsive team and ensuring the store runs smoothly each shift. You will guide colleagues, coach new starters, and uphold standards to deliver excellent customer service and a vibrant shopping environment.

With opportunities for development, you’ll play a key role in merchandising, safety, and daily operations while supporting a fast-paced, friendly team dedicated to great value for customers.

Package Salary & Hours £32,032 FTE 44 hours per week Employee Benefits Full time employees receive 28 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing to 33 days after 5 years of service.

Annual leave is pro‑rated for part‑time or alternative working arrangements.
