Job summary

KWS Lochow Polska Sp. z o.o. in Magnuszowice (Opole Region, Poland) is seeking a Team Leader / Agricultural Machinery Operator to manage farm operations and operate modern agricultural equipment.

This full-time role offers opportunities to contribute to breeding and seed production with a forward-looking tech-equipped farm. You will supervise a small team, coordinate field tasks, and ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Secondary or higher education in agriculture or related field.
• Practical knowledge of farm operations and fieldwork.
• Ability to organize work and coordinate team activities.
• Valid Category B driving license and licenses for agricultural machinery; operator licenses are a plus.
• Good computer skills.
• Very good command of Polish; English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Independently organize and coordinate farm operations, including task allocation and team supervision.
• Support the Farm Manager in planning field operations and inspections.
• Coordinate warehouse activities: receiving/issuing materials and tracking inventory.
• Maintain admin and warehouse documentation and use computer-based systems.
• Oversee machinery condition and organize inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Operate tractors, loaders, forklifts and other equipment in accordance with licenses.
• Contribute to successful field operations ensuring crop quality and productivity.
• Maintain a safe, organized workplace and adapt leadership to farm needs.
