Job summary

KWS Lochow Polska is actively seeking a Team Leader / Agricultural Machinery Operator for Magnuszowice in the Opole Region. You will lead field operations, supervise a small team, and operate state-of-the-art agricultural machinery to support seed production and crop quality.

The role combines leadership with hands-on machinery operation, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and collaboration with a multinational team. Immediate start is possible.

Qualifications

• Secondary or higher education in agriculture, or related field.
• Practical knowledge of farm operations and fieldwork.
• Ability to organize work and coordinate team activities.
• Valid Category B and T driving licenses; combines, forklifts licenses are a plus.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Independently organize and coordinate farm operations, including task allocation and team supervision.
• Support the Farm Manager in planning field operations and inspections.
• Coordinate warehouse activities and monitor inventory of fuel and crop protection products.
• Maintain administrative and warehouse documentation and use computer-based systems.
• Oversee the technical condition of machinery, equipment, and vehicles and organize inspections and repairs.
• Operate tractors, combines, loaders, and forklifts as qualified.
• Contribute to high crop quality and productivity through efficient field operations.
• Maintain a safe and organized workplace and proper equipment condition.
• Adapt leadership and machinery operation responsibilities to farm needs.
