The competition is conducted in accordance with the principles of the OTM-R (Open, Transparent and Merit-Based Recruitment) Policy, and the recruitment process takes into account the European Charter for Researchers, the AGH Gender Equality Plan, the Principle of Equal Treatment, and the Accessibility Policy. Evaluation Criteria
1. Teaching Achievements – maximum 35 points, including:
a. Previous experience in teaching at a higher education institution, taking into account the type and format of classes conducted as well as the number of teaching hours completed (max. 10 points);
b. Teaching competencies documented by certificates or certificates of completion of train-the-trainer courses courses or other forms of education that enhance qualifications in conducting training sessions, workshops, and academic classes (max. 10 points);
c. Experience in developing teaching materials, such as course scripts, exercise materials, or laboratory manuals (max. 10 points);
d. Experience in developing new educational programmes and curricula (max. 5 points).
2. Organizational Achievements – maximum 15 points
a. Communication and organizational skills, ability to collaborate and manage relationships, and personal attributes supporting effective teamwork and communication.

The University reserves the right not to settle the competition without providing any reason or justification. Winning the competition is not tantamount to ensuring the candidate's employment. The result of the competition serves solely as a recommendation to the Rector in this regard. The final decision concerning the employment will be made by the Rector.
After the announcement of the competition results, the selected candidate is required to provide a certificate from the National Criminal Register (the certificate must be current, i.e. issued no earlier than 1 month prior to its submission to the AGH University) and is subject to verification in the Register of Sex Offenders – Restricted Access Register
