at the Rev. Bronisław Markiewicz State University of Applied Sciences in Jarosław

I am announcing a competition for the post of Assistant Professor (M/F) withinthe full-time teaching staffat the Rev. Bronisław Markiewicz State University of Applied Sciences in Jarosław. The competition is open to individuals who meet the conditions set out in the Act on Higher Education and Science of 20 July 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571, as amended).

Job description/scope of duties:

• Conducting research,
• Preparing academic publications and participating in research projects,
• Active participation in the teaching, research and organisational activities of the Department, the Faculty
  and the University.

Good knowledge of Polish is required.

We will contact only selected candidates . The University reserves the right to cancel the competition procedure at any stage without giving any reason. The outcome of the competition, which will be announced by 30 September 2026, shall not be equivalent to establishing an employment relationship with PANS in Jarosław. The final decision shall be made by the Rector Magnificus.

Failure to inform the candidate(s) of the results of the competition will be tantamount to rejection of their offer. The person selected through the competition procedure for employment, who will be entrusted withtasks related to activities covered by the protection of minors, shall be required to submit a certificate of no criminal record issued by the National Criminal Register (KRK).
