Job summary

Bosch Polska is seeking a Tariff/Customs Classification Specialist to join a dynamic, international team. You will classify products for international trade and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to gather documentation and ensure compliance.

Fluency in English is required; German is a plus. A Master or Bachelor in a relevant field and 1–3 years of trade compliance or product engineering experience are desirable. Hybrid work and competitive salary are offered.

• 1–3 years of experience in trade compliance or product engineering.
• Strong understanding and proven experience in tariff/customs classification.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, GTS or MIC) is a bonus.
• Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Advanced English proficiency (German is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Perform tariff/customs classification of BOSCH product portfolio according to national tariff schemes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders to gather information and documentation.
• Work with a global team and Foreign Trade functions across countries with fluent English communication.
• Stay updated on evolving foreign trade regulations, especially tariff/classification in multiple jurisdictions.

As a Tariff/Customs Classification Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring BOSCH Group’s compliance with international trade regulations. Your expertise will help us navigate classification of goods for foreign trade purposes.

Perform tariff/customs classification of BOSCH product portfolio according to numerous national tariff schemes as a leading task and export control classification (if needed).

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and international stakeholder to gather necessary technical information and documentation for accurate classification.

Work with a global team and Foreign Trade functions in entities in multiple countries therefore fluent communication in English is expected.

Stay ahead of the game by keeping up with evolving foreign trade regulations, in particular on tariff/customs classification in many jurisdictions.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as international trade, business or engineering.

1–3 years of experience in trade compliance or product engineering.

Strong understanding and proven experience in tariff/customs classification.

Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings.

Experience in export control classification will be a big asset.

Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

Advanced English proficiency (German is a plus!).

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, GTS or MIC) is a bonus.

Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
