Bosch Polska is seeking an Export Control Classification Specialist to ensure compliance with international trade regulations. You will classify products, technologies and software, collaborating with cross-functional and international teams in a hybrid work setup.
The role requires 1–3 years in trade compliance or product engineering, strong classification expertise, and advanced English (German a plus). A relevant degree is required and ERP experience is valued.

As an Export Control Classification Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring BOSCH Group’s compliance with international trade regulations and sanctions regimes. Your expertise will help us navigate classification of goods for export control and sanctions’ purposes.
Perform export control classification of BOSCH portfolio (incl. products, technologies and software) according to EU, US and other national regimes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and international stakeholder to gather necessary technical information and documentation for accurate classification.
Work with a global team of Export Control and Foreign Trade functions in entities in multiple countries therefore fluent communication in English is expected.
Stay ahead of the game by keeping up with evolving foreign trade regulations, in particular on export control regulations and sanctions’ regimes in many jurisdictions.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as international trade, business or engineering.
1–3 years of experience in trade compliance or product engineering.
Strong understanding and proven experience in export control classification.
Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings.
Experience in tariff/customs classification will be an asset.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Advanced English proficiency (German is a plus!).
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, GTS or MIC) is a bonus.
Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
