Our team supports a wide range of technical environments, including Microsoft Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, Unix, and Dell Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) networks. Our teams have developed thousands of hours of training products across all modalities and in compliance with SCORM/AICC and Section 508 requirements, with several courses undergoing American Council on Education (ACE) review and earning recommendation for credit at higher learning institutions. Victor 12 supports Lifecycle Maintenance (LCM) efforts and the implementation of leading-edge customer support service desk systems.

Important Requirements
