Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities.
• Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• C1 level of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition approval through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, workforce plans, and role requirements.
• Recruit for a variety of positions across technical, operational, commercial, and corporate functions.
• Propose sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates in competitive talent markets.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct search.
• Conduct candidate screening, qualification calls, and initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Present qualified candidate shortlists and provide hiring recommendations.
