You’re confident in full‑cycle recruitment from outreach to offer and have hands‑on experience hiring for fast‑paced e‑commerce environments — ideally including Amazon‑related roles. You balance attention to detail with a strong understanding of broader hiring needs and business priorities.

What You Bring
  • 3‑4+ years of experience managing full‑cycle recruitment
  • 2+ years as an in‑house recruiter within e‑commerce, Amazon, supplements, or beauty industries
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and reporting/analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple roles at once with strong organizational skills
  • Clear, confident communication and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
  • English level: B2+
  • Experience working with hiring metrics and data‑driven recruitment
  • Experience with employer branding and presenting EVP
Extra points (though not required)
  • Experience with Workable (or similar ATS platforms)
  • Experience in social media recruitment campaigns and targeted outreach strategies
  • Knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian languages

  • You will ensure that every step of the recruitment process follows internal standards and complies with relevant employment regulations
  • You will keep our Applicant Tracking System up to date, ensure accurate data flow, maintain pipeline hygiene, and use reports to support hiring decisions
  • You will confidently manage challenging questions and situations throughout the hiring process
  • You will contribute to strengthening our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), helping promote Concepta as an attractive place to work through content, communication, and candidate‑facing initiatives
