Your responsibilities:

Independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes – from the first contact with candidates to onboarding.

Partnering closely with Hiring Managers and supporting them in defining ideal candidate profiles.

Creating and executing recruitment strategies that will help us attract the best specialists on the market.

Ensuring that every step of the recruitment process is tailored, well-organized and candidate-friendly.

What we expect:

At least 3years of experience in recruiting for specialist.

Experience in fintech will be a strong advantage (especially in recruiting for Legal, Commercial, Finance or Product roles).

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – we are looking for someone who will be an ambassador of our company culture.

A creative and proactive approach to recruitment – we need someone who doesn’t follow a template.

Proficiency in modern recruitment tools and strong sourcing skills, including the use of social media.

Fluent English (C1 level or higher) – we work in an international environment.
