Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

You will join a team responsible for customer communication, ticket handling, status updates, and infrastructure monitoring for clients in the public and transportation sectors. In this role, you will be at the heart of day-to-day customer coordination, receiving and managing customer requests, keeping clients informed about incidents and events affecting their infrastructure, and supporting daily administrative and operational activities in cloud environments and business-critical platforms. You will work closely with experienced engineers and consultants, contributing to the maintenance of highly available systems that play an essential role in ensuring our clients’ operational continuity.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of cloud services such as STACKIT, Azure, AWS, or similar platforms, with an interest in developing your skills in cloud administration.
• Experience with monitoring tools and an understanding of best practices in customer communication and collaboration.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures, particularly incident, problem, and change management.
• Strong organizational and task management skills.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills.
• Experience working with different operating systems and confidence using Linux/Unix command-line environments.
• Experience with highly available enterprise platforms will be considered an advantage.
• Fluent German, at B2+ level or higher.
