Job summary

Ventum Digital Identity Services GmbH is expanding its Poland-based team to design and implement Identity and Access Management solutions for enterprise clients. You will work with an international IAM team and contribute to secure, scalable identity architectures.

The role offers a fully remote position within Poland, with collaboration across offices in Europe and Asia. Polish language is required, German is a plus, and on-the-job onboarding at our Vienna HQ is possible.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Solid knowledge of IT security and practical IT security experience.
• Understanding of system integrations (LDAP, REST APIs, and directories).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile development is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience with MidPoint, SailPoint or other IAM solutions is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to IAM projects for enterprise clients.
• Support the design and implementation of IAM solutions.
• Configure and customize IAM systems.
• Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications and directories, such as Active Directory and APIs.
• Support identity lifecycle processes (Joiner–Mover–Leaver).
• Help develop role and access governance models.
• Troubleshoot and optimize IAM environments.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on IAM architecture and solution design.

As part of the group, Ventum Digital Identity Services focuses on Identity & Access Management and cybersecurity solutions for enterprise clients.

To strengthen our growing team in Poland, we are looking for a Systems Engineer (IAM) to work on IAM projects for our enterprise clients.

As an IAM Consultant, you will contribute to the design and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. You will collaborate with international teams and support customers in building secure and scalable identity management architectures.

You will work remotely from Poland while collaborating closely with our international IAM team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Contribute to IAM projects for enterprise clients
• Support the design and implementation of IAM solutions
• Configure and customize IAM systems
• Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications and directories, such as Active Directory and APIs

Your Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Good knowledge of Java
• Solid knowledge of IT security and relevant professional experience in IT security
• Understanding of system integrations, including LDAP, REST APIs, and directories
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with agile software development is beneficial
• Knowledge or experience with MidPoint, SailPoint, or other IAM solutions is a strong plus and warmly welcomed, but not required

• Polish – required
• German – nice to have
