Job summary
Ericsson Poland in Krakow is seeking a Test Engineer to strengthen our software quality and testing capabilities. You will conduct System Tests across Capacity, Maintainability, Robustness, and Stability and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive test environment improvements.
The role requires hands-on experience with IP systems and embedded networks, Unix/Linux, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in manual or automated testing.
- Very good knowledge of IP systems/networks and embedded IP routing.
- At least 2 years of Unix/Linux proficiency and Git knowledge.
- Knowledge of Containerization with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Polish (B2) and English (B2) proficiency in speaking and writing.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Perform System Test (ST) in four major areas: Capacity, Maintainability, Robustness, and Stability
- Perform investigation, analysis and troubleshooting of encountered issues
- Collaborate with other test teams on improving the test environment and process
- Develop competencies in a sophisticated technical domain
- Focus on quality assurance of Ericsson core products
