Job summary

Ericsson GmbH in Kraków is seeking a Baseband Software Tester to join the PEU RAN Performance team. You will develop automated test solutions and verify 5G Baseband and Cloud RAN software in real-time environments.

The role involves troubleshooting, coordinating with developers and system engineers, and maintaining tests across simulated and real networks. Hybrid work (3 days office, 2 days home) applies in Poland.

Qualifications

• BSc in a technical field is preferred.
• Experience in software testing and test automation.
• Knowledge of NR system design, RAN troubleshooting and Linux-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test solutions for feature verification, regression testing, and CI/CD.
• Verify and improve quality of 5G Baseband and Cloud RAN software in simulated and end-to-end environments.
• Analyze test results and collaborate with developers to drive quality improvements.
• Contribute to documentation, tools, and automation frameworks.
