Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a System Developer for the Operation and Maintenance area to build new management solutions for 5G/6G RAN, using orchestration, ML, automation and analytics. You will create AI-driven features and modular rApps to bring AI insights and closed-loop automation into the network.

The role focuses on implementing AI/ML solutions in OAM, driving studies, and collaborating with teams to deliver innovative management tools while engaging with customers and global projects.

About the Role

We are looking for a System Developer in the Operation and Maintenance area. Your main focus will be developing new management solutions for 5G and 6G RAN, leveraging orchestration, machine learning, automation, and analytics.

Responsibilities & Tasks

The work in the Operation and Maintenance team focuses on creating simple and cost‑effective management for the future RAN. You will use AI‑powered tools to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance decision‑making. You will also contribute to implementing AI‑driven features and designing modular rApps that bring AI insights and closed‑loop automation into the network.

• Driving studies

• Taking responsibility for a specific technical area

Position Qualifications
