  • Maintain and support the Planisware (Helix) system, ensuring smooth operation of R&D and compliance-related processes.
  • Manage L1 configuration and data model updates, evaluate and implement change requests.
  • Provide advanced user support, troubleshooting functional and data issues.
  • Collaborate within an agile Value Team to deliver on team objectives and continuous improvements.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience configuring and supporting Planisware solutions, including at least one new implementation.
  • Experience building resource forecasting equations/algorithms.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical R&D processes and global environments.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and IT architectural concepts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
NICE TO HAVE:
  • Planisware certification.
  • Experience in pharma or other regulated industries.
  • Experience working with IT organizations or IT vendors.
