Job summary

Inter Cars S.A. ищет системного аналитика для анализа требований в финансах и контроллинге, проведения воркшопов и документирования финансовых процессов.

Вы будете моделировать бизнес-процессы BPMN, настраивать Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central для финансов (GL, COA, бюджеты, контроллинг) и интеграции с внешними системами. Требуется не менее 2 лет опыта в аналитике, знание BPMN, английский не ниже B2, умение работать с бизнес-пользователями и IT, готовность к командировкам; приветствуется

Qualifications

• Есть как минимум 2 года опыта в роли системного аналитика.
• Участвовал в внедрении ERP-систем или работал в командах поддержки и разработки.
• Знает методы elicitation и BPMN notation; понимает финансы, учет или контроллинг.
• Говорит по-английски не ниже B2 и умеет работать с бизнес-пользователями и IT.
• Готов к командировкам; приветствуется знание Dynamics 365 BC, SQL/PL-SQL, UML и сертификации по IREB.

Responsibilities

• Анализировать бизнес и системные требования в финансах и контроллинге, проводить воркшопы и документировать фин-процессы.
• Моделировать бизнес-процессы BPMN и описывать функциональные требования к модулям и интеграциям.
• Настраивать Dynamics 365 Business Central для финансов: ГЛ, план счетов, бюджеты, контроль
• Подготовка документации проекта, тестовых сценариев и изменений в системе; поддержка UAT.
• Сотрудничать с разработчиками, поставщиками, интеграционными командами и финансами для качества решений.
• Выявлять возможности автоматизации в ERP-финансы, учет и отчетность.

Inter Cars S.A. operates in parts distribution and develops and implements ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and integrated systems.

Задачи

Analyze business and system requirements in finance and controlling, including facilitating user workshops and documenting financial and accounting processes, financial reporting, budgeting, planning, controlling, and management reporting requirements; Model business processes and requirements by creating BPMN diagrams and defining functional and non-functional requirements for finance modules and external-system integrations; Prepare project documentation, including process descriptions, functional specifications, test scenarios, and system-change documentation; Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for finance, including the general ledger, chart of accounts, financial dimensions, budgets, fixed assets, and controlling processes; Define financial-data processing logic, including calculation, cost allocation, accrual, data-validation, and reporting rules, in cooperation with BI and Data Analytics teams; Verify solutions against business requirements, prepare and perform functional tests, and support business users during UAT; Collaborate with developers, vendors, integration teams, and finance and controlling departments to ensure the quality and consistency of implemented solutions; Optimize business processes by identifying automation and improvement opportunities in ERP-based financial, reporting, and planning processes.

Требования

Have at least 2 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business-System Analyst; Have participated in ERP system implementations or worked in a maintenance and development team; Know requirements elicitation and management methods and BPMN notation; Understand financial, accounting, or controlling processes well; Communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams; Communicate fluently in English at minimum B2 level; Independently handle analytical tasks and collaborate effectively within a team; Be open to occasional business travel; Nice to have: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central knowledge and experience as its consultant or analyst, knowledge of finance, management accounting, controlling, budgeting, and financial reporting, experience implementing or developing finance and accounting modules in ERP systems, IREB or other business-system analysis certifications, SQL and/or PL/SQL, UML system modeling.
