Enfint ищет опытного бизнес-аналитика по требованиям для энерго‑производственной сферы. Вы будете анализировать бизнес и технические требования, собирать истории пользователей и работать совместно с Product Owner и командами разработки над моделированием процессов и интеграциями с SAP, Salesforce и PLM.

Требуется не менее 5 лет опыта, знание энергетического рынка и высокий уровень английского (B2+/C1). Возможны обучение и участие в международной среде, работа в офисе и развитие в рамках компании.

Qualifications

• Опыт не менее 5 лет в анализе бизнес-требований.
• Знание энергетического сектора, электротехнических устройств и трансформаторов.
• Уровень английского не ниже B2/C1 для ежедневного взаимодействия в международной среде.

Responsibilities

• Анализ требований бизнеса и технических требований от стейкхолдеров.
• Сбор и уточнение потребностей по мониторингу и управлению устройствами.
• Подготовка функциональных спецификаций и пользовательских историй.
• Взаимодействие с Product Owner, доменными экспертами и командами разработки.
• Моделирование бизнес-процессов и потоков данных.
• Участие во внедрении интеграций между системами клиента (PLM, SAP, Salesforce).
• Поддержка команды при тестировании, развёртываниях и анализе влияних изменений.

The project operates in the energy sector and develops and maintains a global CPQ platform for configuring and pricing energy devices. The solution supports sales and engineering processes and integrates with corporate systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and PLM.

Задачи:

• Analyze business and technical requirements submitted by stakeholders;
• Gather and clarify needs related to monitoring and managing energy devices;
• Prepare functional specifications and user stories;
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, domain experts, and development teams;
• Model business processes and data flows;
• Participate in designing integrations between client systems and external solutions, including PLM, SAP, and Salesforce;
• Support the team during testing, deployments, and impact analysis of changes.

Требования:

• At least 5 years of experience in business requirements analysis;
• Domain knowledge of energy, electrical devices, and transformers;
• Very good English at B2+/C1 level for daily collaboration in an international environment;
• Experience conducting workshops and gathering and analyzing business requirements;
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams;
• Experience in process analysis and requirements modeling;
• Willingness to work closely with technical issues and domain experts;
• Desire to understand processes and products related to the production, service, and monitoring of transformers;
• Proactive approach to learning and understanding industry specifics.
