Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking a System Analyst to support the analysis, design and implementation across the Authorization Host, SWITCH, POS Handling and E-commerce domains. You will work on critical acquiring transaction processing systems supporting authorization, routing and payment acceptance across multiple channels.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, security teams and payment organizations to deliver reliable, scalable and secure payment processing

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business-System Analyst or Solution Analyst in banking, payments or fintech.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and system requirements for Authorization Host and SWITCH platforms.
• Prepare system analysis documentation, transaction flow diagrams and interface specifications.
• Design and document authorization, capture, routing and settlement transaction flows.
• Analyze transaction routing, stand-in processing, timeout and fallback scenarios.
• Support POS terminal handling, device integrations and terminal management processes.
• Analyze Payment Gateway and PSP integrations.
• Support e-commerce payment flows including card-not-present transactions and 3-D Secure authentication.
• Prepare ISO8583 and ISO20022 message mappings.
• Analyze Host-to-Host integrations and communication models.
• Support initiatives related to Visa, Mastercard, American Express and BLIK.
• Define payment security requirements including HSM, cryptographic keys and PCI PIN.
• Prepare test scenarios and support integration testing, UAT and production rollout.
• Collaborate with business, IT, Operations, Security teams and external vendors.

As a System Analyst, you will support the analysis, design and implementation of solutions within the Authorization Host, SWITCH, POS Handling and E-commerce domain. You will work on critical acquiring transaction processing systems supporting authorization, routing and payment acceptance across multiple channels.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business-System Analyst or Solution Analyst in banking, payments or fintech.
• Strong understanding of authorization processing and acquiring transaction flows.
• Experience with Authorization Host and SWITCH platforms.
• Knowledge of POS handling, terminal management and device integrations.
• Experience with Payment Gateway and PSP integrations.
• Knowledge of e-commerce payment processing and 3-D Secure.
• Understanding of transaction routing and authorization lifecycle.
• Knowledge of ISO8583; ISO20022 is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Host-to-Host integrations.
• Understanding of payment security concepts including HSM, PIN encryption and PCI PIN.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Polish.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of BLIK.
• Experience with terminal lifecycle management.
• Understanding of cryptographic key management.
• Experience supporting certification with payment organizations.
