Qualifications

• Mandatory knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian language (min. B2 level).
• Knowledge of English (min. B2 level).
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Ability to comprehend the project policy guidelines.
• Good hands and eye coordination for annotation.
• Attention to detail and client focus.
• Nice to have GIS system experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing support and resolving client's inquiries.
• Deliver high standard service based on project KPIs.
• Maintaining absolute confidentiality of project and client data.
• Working in the ticketing system.
