Job summary

Digest is seeking a passionate Sustainability Developer to lead sustainability initiatives and integrate them within the business. In this role, you will work closely with supply chain stakeholders to manage sustainability data and assist in setting goals for sustainable actions.

Key responsibilities include developing sustainability plans with suppliers, facilitating training sessions, and driving sustainability projects. A university degree in a related field and strong analytical skills are required for this position. This role aims to positively impact sustainability efforts across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience working with ESG (environmental, social, and corporate).
• Good understanding of different industrial setups, market-specific and macro-economic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the IKEA sustainability agenda.
• Secure collection, verification, aggregation, and reporting of sustainability data.
• Create and implement supplier development plans to meet sustainability goals.
• Identify potential projects to advance sustainability agenda.
• Facilitate sustainability-related trainings for business teams and suppliers.
