Vesuvius in Kraków is seeking a Sustainability Analyst to collect, analyze, and report sustainability data and support dashboards and reports for global initiatives. You will work with stakeholders worldwide to enhance reporting and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities include data consolidation, quality checks, and creating visual reports with Power BI and Excel. Strong English, analytics experience, and collaboration across cultures are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in analytical, reporting, or a similar role.
• Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with international stakeholders.
• Fluent English.
• Knowledge of Power BI and SharePoint is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Interact with local and regional management to ensure timely reporting of Sustainability Performance.
• Maintain systems structure and access rights for reporting.
• Support users and ensure data is reported on time.
• Check data quality and address issues.
• Consolidate data and prepare summary reports for senior management.
• Analyze and highlight main points of attention.
• Design and improve reporting tools using Power BI and Excel.
• Create dashboards and interactive reports for BI needs.
• Collaborate with Master Data and BI teams to implement robust solutions.
• Maintain access levels for users.
