US Tech Solutions is seeking a Supply Finance Senior Analyst to join our finance team. This role supports value creation and efficient operations within the supply chain, collaborating with finance and non-finance stakeholders to drive processes and ensure smooth period-end and S&OP.

The role requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to leverage digital tools to provide insights that inform business decisions and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of finance experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Experience with cost and management accounting and project evaluation.
• ERP familiarity with SAP or Oracle; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support financial controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multiple sites.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and stakeholders to improve performance.
• Prepare monthly management reporting, P&L analysis, and forecasts.
• Monitor costs, margins, working capital, and KPIs, flagging risks and opportunities.
• Assist annual budget and long-term planning with scenarios and targets.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations for investments.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance across reporting processes.
• Drive automation and digitalization of FP&A and controlling processes.
