Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.

• ERP familiarity with SAP or Oracle; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support financial controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multiple sites.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and stakeholders to improve performance.
• Prepare monthly management reporting, P&L analysis, and forecasts.
• Monitor costs, margins, working capital, and KPIs, flagging risks and opportunities.
• Assist annual budget and long-term planning with scenarios and targets.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations for investments.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance across reporting processes.
• Drive automation and digitalization of FP&A and controlling processes.

We are seeking a Supply Finance Senior Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role plays a key part in supporting value creation and efficient operations within the supply chain. You will collaborate with finance and non-finance stakeholders to drive financial processes, contribute to project work, and ensure smooth operations during period-end and S&OP processes.

The role requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to leverage digital tools to provide insights that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multiple manufacturing sites.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders to improve financial performance.
• Prepare monthly management reporting, P&L analysis, and financial forecasts.
• Monitor costs, margins, working capital, and key financial KPIs, highlighting risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support annual budget and long‑term planning processes, including assumptions, scenarios, and financial targets.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business and investment decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting quality, and compliance across financial reporting processes.
• Drive automation, digitalization, and process improvements to make FP&A and controlling activities more efficient.

Functional / Technical Skills

• Strong communication skills to present financial information effectively

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain business partnering

Preferred:

• MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification

Technical Tools

• ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools
• Automation / digital solutions for finance processes
