Job summary

ZF Group is seeking a Supply Chain Digitalization Specialist to drive digital transformation across the SCM function. You will design, implement, and maintain data-centric solutions, coordinating with SCM teams and IT to improve decision support and reporting.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, leading cross-functional projects, and advancing data quality and standardization. Strong SQL, C# WebApi, React, and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Education: degree in engineering sciences or comparable.
• 5 years in a development environment focused on data.
• Strong SQL, C# WebApi, and UI web technologies.
• Very good English language skills.

The Supply Chain Digitalization Specialist is a technical role supporting the digital transformation of the divisional Supply Chain team. You will design, implement, and maintain solutions that improve decision-making, reporting, and data standardization, while coordinating with SCM teams, technical experts, and business users. You will also act as a key contact for data analysis, quality, and data flow management.

• Develop and maintain digital solutions (e.g., React, C#, SQL, Python, SAP integration, dashboards)
• Lead cross-functional projects using Agile and customer-driven approaches
• Collaborate with plants, technical teams, and business experts to turn requirements into solutions
• Support automation and reporting initiatives (RPA, Power BI)
• Assist in shaping the digitalization roadmap and improving data quality and reporting
• Analyze large datasets to enable data-driven decisions
• Ensure standard processes and tools are applied across projects

Scope:

• Data collection and analysis from SAP and central systems
• Solution development and deployment
• Close collaboration with SCM teams, logistics sites, and IT/data teams

Your profile as Supply Chain Digitalization Specialist (m/f/d):

• Education: degree in engineering sciences or comparable,
• Experience: 5 years in a development environment focused on data,
• Skilled in: Microsoft SQL (including stored procedures), C# WebApi, Website UI: React (or angular) libraries,
• Very good English,
• Nice to have: C# Blazor, Python (Pandas, Streamlit), Machine Learning, Power Bi, Power Automate, Sharepoint, PowerApps, experience with SAP ERP system (SAP) for logistics processes, understanding of Supply Chain topics and manufacturing domains.
