BD is seeking a Supply Base Compliance Specialist for the Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) unit in Wroclaw, Poland. You will collect, validate, and manage supplier material and regulatory data, transforming complex information into actionable insights to support compliance and business objectives.

You will lead data workflows in ServiceNow, review supplier data for regulatory alignment, and prepare dashboards and KPI summaries for leadership.

Formación

• Experience in a Shared Service Centre helps but is not required.
• Advanced command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong customer focus and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem solving and being a team player.
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret master data structures.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; Power BI is a plus; SAP/ERP knowledge is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Collect material composition, chemical, and regulatory data from suppliers.
• Manage data submission workflows through ServiceNow for BOM maintenance and compliance updates.
• Review and validate supplier data against regulatory requirements.
• Maintain regulatory and material data in internal systems and databases.
• Consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Support MOC and regulatory reporting activities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries for the APM business.
• Communicate data insights, trends, and risks to partners.
• Partner with Product Stewards, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Support compliance initiatives within the APM unit.
• Serve as the primary Supply Base Compliance contact for APM.
