Capgemini Kraków is seeking a Senior-level professional to lead supplier relationship management for our strategic suppliers. You will partner with Procurement leadership and business stakeholders to drive governance, performance, risk mitigation and value creation across complex global supplier networks.

The role requires strong analytical and commercial acumen, proficiency with SAP Ariba/Coupa/Ivalua/Jaggaer, Power BI and Excel, and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in SRM, Vendor Management, Strategic Sourcing or Category Management.
• Experience managing strategic supplier portfolios in global orgs.
• Strong governance, performance management and relationships with suppliers.
• Experience in supplier risk management and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supplier relationship strategies for strategic suppliers.
• Lead supplier governance programs including executive reviews.
• Drive supplier performance via KPIs, scorecards and improvement plans.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, value creation and cost optimization.
• Oversee supplier segmentation and engagement models.
• Lead supplier risk assessment with Risk/Compliance/InfoSec/Privacy teams.
• Deliver supplier insights and market intelligence for decisions.
• Champion best practices in SRM frameworks and processes.
